Advise first, then decide on negotiation We review and advise. Once you've seen the advice, you decide whether you want us to negotiate amendments with the landlord. We will quote for that work separately before proceeding. Included in the base fee: Review of the lease document and written advice on key terms, risks, and recommended amendments. Negotiation with the landlord, preparation of amendments, and execution are billed separately at hourly rates — we will quote in writing before any additional costs are incurred.
