Retail Leases Act 2003 (Vic) applies The Retail Leases Act applies to most leases of retail premises in Victoria. This adds extra obligations on the landlord including mandatory disclosure, minimum lease terms, VSBC processes, and additional tenant rights. We'll review the lease for compliance with the Act as part of this matter.
